By booking cleaning services with PureEdge Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1.    Services Provided

We offer professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services based on the agreed-upon quote or service package. Any additional tasks not included in the original agreement may result in extra charges.

    2.    Access and Safety

 

    •    The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

    •    If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

    •    The environment must be safe and free from hazards. Unsafe working conditions may result in service refusal.

 

    3.    Booking and Scheduling

 

    •    All services must be booked in advance.

    •    Please allow a 30-minute arrival window to accommodate traffic or unforeseen delays.

    •    Recurring service schedules will be followed unless rescheduled with appropriate notice.

 

    4.    Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

    •    Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

    5.    Payments

 

    •    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    We accept cash, credit/debit, e-transfer, or online payment.

    •    Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest.

 

    6.    Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the issue at no extra charge.

    7.    Liability

 

    •    PureEdge Cleaning is insured and bonded.

    •    We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper item installation, or undisclosed conditions.

    •    Please secure valuables, breakables, and cash prior to our arrival.

 

    8.    Supplies and Equipment

We provide our own cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your supplies, please inform us beforehand. We are not liable for damage caused by client-provided products.

    9.    Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

    10.    Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential. Our staff will treat your home or business with respect and care at all times.
