At PureEdge Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because cleaning services are time-based and customized, traditional returns do not apply. However, we offer the following return and refund policy:

    1.    Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional charge.

    2.    Service Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue through a re-clean or service credit. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    3.    Deposits & Cancellations

 

    •    Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable if the service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

    •    Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may qualify for a refund or credit toward future service.

 

    4.    No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a service has been completed and accepted by the client—or if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours—we are unable to offer a refund.
